At Wolfpack 3DCP, all equipment and systems are custom-built to order. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on production schedules, destination, and equipment size.

  1. Production & Lead Times
    Each product is manufactured to customer specifications.
    Standard lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on order complexity and component availability.

You will receive an estimated delivery date once your order and payment are confirmed.

Updates will be provided throughout the production process.

  1. Shipping Arrangements
    All Wolfpack 3DCP products are shipped via freight carrier or specialized logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable transport.
    Shipping costs are included in the total purchase price unless otherwise stated in your quote or invoice.

Customers may request to handle their own freight arrangements if preferred.

All shipments are FOB Trail, Oregon, meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility.

  1. Delivery & Offloading
    It is the customer’s responsibility to:
    Ensure that the delivery site is accessible for large freight vehicles.

Arrange suitable offloading equipment (such as a forklift or crane).

Inspect all goods upon delivery for any visible damage or missing parts.

If damage occurs during shipping, report it to both the carrier and Wolfpack 3DCP within 7 days of delivery, including photos and documentation.

  1. International Shipping
    Wolfpack 3DCP ships equipment worldwide.
    Customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes in their respective countries.

We provide all necessary shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists, to assist with customs processing.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs procedures.

  1. No Returns or Ship-Backs
    All Wolfpack 3DCP equipment is built to order and cannot be returned.
    Customers may not ship products back to Wolfpack 3DCP for any reason.
    If support or warranty service is needed, we will provide remote guidance or ship replacement parts directly.
