‍
The Scara HD is a cutting-edge, large-format cement 3D printer designed for high-performance construction applications. Engineered for precision and durability, it features a 360-degree print area with a 7.5-foot arm, 10-foot print height, and 6 meter long track, enabling the creation of full-scale structures such as homes, walls, and architectural elements with ease.
Built from industrial-grade cast aluminum and CNC-machined components, the Scara HD ensures exceptional strength, accuracy, and stability. Its advanced Clear path closed-loop servo motors and harmonic drive system provide precise movement control, similar to large-scale industrial robots.
The Scara HD is equipped to work with high-pressure cement extrusion systems, handling continuous loads from 85 to 250 pounds, making it an ideal choice for professionals in 3D concrete printing. With Duet Web Control, users can manage prints remotely via laptops, tablets, or smartphones, adjusting speed and settings in real time for maximum efficiency.
Whether for residential, commercial, or experimental construction projects, the Scara HD delivers unparalleled performance, reliability, and scalability, revolutionizing modern building methods with additive manufacturing technology.
‍Key Features:
βœ… Large print volume – 15ft diameter Γ— 10ft height Γ— 6m track
βœ… Heavy-duty construction – Built for precision and longevity
βœ… Pump & extruder compatibility – Supports a variety of cementitious materials
βœ… Advanced motion control – Clearpath servo motors & harmonic drives
βœ… Remote operation – Manage prints via web-based interfaceExperience the future of construction with the Scara HD – your solution for advanced cement 3D printing.
Power Requirements:
Just like your laptop charger, the Scara HD uses a single 110 volt or 220 volt and 50 Hertz or 60 Hertz.
Software requirements
The only requirement for machine control is a web browser interface. For object generation, the Scara Elite Roadrunner is similar to other 3D printer as it requires an STL file to be sliced by a third-party program. We recommend using Simplify3D. Then transfer the file onto the printer’s SD card via WiFi.
