At Wolfpack 3DCP, all equipment, components, and systems are custom-built to order based on each customer’s project requirements. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

  1. Built-to-Order Policy
    All Wolfpack 3DCP products are manufactured or configured specifically for each customer. Once a purchase order is received and payment is made (including any deposit), materials and production resources are allocated immediately.
    For this reason, all sales are final.
  2. Order Cancellations
    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wolfpack3dcp.com.
    Cancellations may only be accepted before production or fabrication begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not possible, and payments are non-refundable.
  3. Defects or Damaged Goods
    We stand behind the quality of our products.
    If your equipment arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing error:
    You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide detailed photos or videos of the damage.

We will review the case and may arrange a repair, replacement, or parts shipment at our discretion.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not covered under this policy.

    While returns are not accepted, Wolfpack 3DCP offers limited warranty coverage on eligible equipment.
    Warranty terms vary depending on the product and will be specified in your sales agreement or invoice.
