Wolfpack 3DCP designs, manufactures, and supplies 3D concrete printing equipment, mixers, pumps, and related accessories.
All equipment is built to order according to customer specifications. Production begins only after order confirmation and payment as outlined in our Payment Policy. - Custom-Built Equipment
Each product is custom-made. Once production begins:
All sales are final.
No returns or refunds are accepted.
Design or specification changes after production starts may incur additional charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all specifications, requirements, and measurements are correct prior to order confirmation.
- Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided through official quotations or invoices.
Payments must follow the structure outlined in our Payment Policy.
Wolfpack 3DCP accepts payments via Stripe, bank transfer, or wire transfer.
Production will not begin until the initial payment or deposit is received.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable once production has started. - Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
Wolfpack 3DCP ships worldwide using freight carriers and logistics partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to freight, customs, or production delays.
All shipments are FOB, and ownership transfers to the buyer once the product leaves our facility. - No Returns or Ship-Backs
Because products are built to order, Wolfpack 3DCP does not accept returns under any circumstances.
Customers may not ship any product back to our facility.
If support or warranty service is needed, Wolfpack 3DCP will provide technical guidance or replacement parts shipped directly to the customer. - Warranty & Support
Wolfpack 3DCP provides a limited warranty on eligible products, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty terms and duration are specified in your sales agreement or invoice.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, installation, or modification
Normal wear and tear
Third-party repairs or alterations
Support may be provided remotely or through shipment of replacement components at Wolfpack 3DCP’s discretion.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, product designs, photos, and materials — is the intellectual property of Wolfpack 3DCP and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent. - Limitation of Liability
Wolfpack 3DCP is not liable for:

Delays in delivery or performance
Damages caused by misuse or improper installation
In no case shall Wolfpack 3DCP’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
